3. Quiet hours after 10:00 PM – To ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask you to reduce noise after 10:00 PM and respect quiet hours.
4. Environmental responsibility – We encourage you to be environmentally conscious during your stay: please separate waste, save water and electricity, and respect local plants and wildlife.
5. Guest limit – Only the number of guests agreed upon at the time of booking is allowed to stay in the apartment.
6. Cleanliness and order – Please keep the apartment clean and tidy and follow the instructions for the proper use of household appliances and furniture.
7. Check-out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure – To allow sufficient time to prepare the apartment for the next guests, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
8. Closing roof windows – Summer weather can be unpredictable and may include sudden storms. Therefore, we kindly ask you to close all roof windows at the first sign of rain. It is also important to always check and ensure that all roof windows are closed before leaving the apartment, as summer storms can occur unexpectedly. This will help prevent possible water damage and keep the apartment in the best possible condition for you and future guests.
